We understand how important your home is. (Remember, we're homeowners, too.) That's why we are committed to providing the best service you'll find from any lender. That promise begins with the application process, and continues as long you're an imortgage customer.

Now that you've completed the closing process, you'll start making regular loan payments. Those payments may include additional funds that we'll use to pay your homeowner's insurance premiums, and/or property taxes. As an imortgage customer, you can access your account information and make payments at If you're a new customer, you'll need to register first.

Other Payment Options

An important note: if you choose to set up Automatic Draft payments, you must continue to make your regular monthly payment by mail or online until you receive notification that your new payment option has been processed and is effective.

Property Taxes and Homeowner's Insurance

If you pay your property taxes or insurance premiums through your regular monthly mortgage payment, (this is sometimes called an escrow account), and you receive a bill from your taxing authority or insurance provider, please mail the statement to us at the following address:
