Making Your First Payment

Now that you’ve completed the closing process, you’ll start making loan payments. Those payments may include additional funds that we’ll use to pay your homeowner’s insurance premiums, and/or property taxes. The information below is for your first payment unless you have received documentation in the mail stating a transfer.

By Phone

You can make payments using our automated system or through one of our Customer Service Representatives by calling 866-970-7520. Our automated system is available 24 hours a day and our Customer Service Representatives are available 7:00 am – 7:00 pm CST. Payment must be received by 4:00pm CST for same day posting. There is a $7.00 fee for this service.

Ongoing Payments

Once your loan has been transferred to a permanent servicing facility, you will receive a Transfer Letter containing your “NEW Loan Number” as well as a Transfer Date.  This letter will also provide information pertaining to future payments.  The following information is only applicable after the Transfer Date found on your Transfer Letter and with a Servicing Number beginning in “005” or “006”
