imortgage.com™ will not use any information provided by a visitor to our site or any of the information gathered through third parties in conjunction with the processing of an applicant's loan application for any purpose other than primary purpose of providing a mortgage loan. Applicants should be aware that when any real estate transaction is closed and the deed of trust is recorded with the county recorder, that information is made public through the County Recorder's Office of the county recording the deed.

Validation - imortgage.com™ will attempt to validate an applicant's identity by authorizing a one dollar transaction on the credit card provided during the application process. This authorization will not actually charge the credit card, but will validate that the applicant is in possession of the card and, therefore, the applicant's identity. This is simply a measure taken by imortgage.com™ to help keep energy focused on providing the highest level of service with the lowest costs to the customer.

Underwriting - All of the information gathered on the imortgage.com™ web site will be used to underwrite the applicant's loan. Again, this information will not be accessible via the imortgage.com™ web site and will be secured at all times.
